ANTONY used crutches to get out of Fenerbahce’s stadium after Manchester United’s Europa League tie.

The Brazilian came off the bench for the first time with the score tied at 1-1 after 73 minutes.

But Antony had to be taken off just before the end of the game because he seemed to have hurt his leg.

When the player was taken off by the physio team, he was seen later leaving the field on crutches.

Antony’s form has been bad this season; he’s only played five times and scored one goal.

In Turkey, Christian Eriksen scored the first goal, but Youssef En-Nesyri tied the game five minutes after the break.

United has now tied all three of their Europa League games.

And Erik ten Hag, the boss who is under fire, spoke out after Antony got hurt.

“It’s really bad luck for him,” he said. I really feel sorry for him because he worked so hard in training.

“He deserved to come on because of how well he did in training.” It’s sad to see you have to take off so quickly.

“I hope it’s not too bad. We have to wait 24 hours to find out what the assessment is.”

The forward will now get physical checks before United’s game at West Ham on Sunday.

United fell to 21st place in the Europa League table after the 1-1 draw in Turkey.

Also, it meant they haven’t had a win in Europe in TWELVE MONTHS.
