Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler made use of the chance to send a message of support to a sidelined teammate during the club’s meeting with Granada on Saturday.
Real, of course, are coming off another dominant victory.
Despite a highly rotated XI, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops made altogether short work of relegated Granada in a La Liga game at Los Cármenes.
Brahim Díaz showed himself the star of the show, notching a 2nd-half brace en route to an eventual 4-0 result.
The Spaniard was not the only one to enjoy an impressive trip this evening, however.
So too did the likes of Luka Modrić and, as referred to above, Arda Güler.
Afforded his third straight La Liga start, youngster Güler dazzled once more, on his way to a third goal in his last five La Liga appearances.
And, as referred to above, in the aftermath of as much, the Turk dedicated his celebration to a fellow member of Carlo Ancelotti’s ranks.
Aurélien Tchouaméni was of course condemned to a time on the sidelines earlier this week, after suffering a stress fracture in his foot during Real Madrid’s downing of Bayern Munich.
The Frenchman is now viewed as highly likely to miss the upcoming Champions League final.
Sending support the way of his no doubt downtrodden partner, Güler followed up on his goal by breaking out Tchouaméni’s trademark celebration:
