Barcelona director Deco claims Inter Miami star Lionel Messi will ‘SURELY’ return to Nou Camp as he hailed the World Cup winner as ‘the greatest idol in the club’s history’

Since being named Sporting Director at FC Barcelona, Deco has become one of the most important and powerful people in the club’s new organizational structure.

Since Alemany left, the Portuguese man is now in charge of all of Barcelona’s important sports files. These include files about new players, current players, and even files about past players. The most interesting thing about Deco’s most recent comments to the media, which were reported by SPORT, was one of these former Barcelona stars. The Sporting Director said something about the long-running argument over whether Lionel Messi will have a farewell game at the Camp Nou:

Tròn 1 năm Messi chia tay Barcelona: Bao giờ ta lại thuộc về nhau?

“I think there will be a game to say goodbye, but it might be at the new stadium when it’s ready.” He was the club’s first hero and will always be the best. His heroes at the club were Cruyff and Ronaldo, but he may be the best of all of them.

“He will play one last game for Barcelona, but we don’t know when it will be.” He is playing, and we hope he will play for many more years because football fans will be glad to see him healthy and happy.

Fans are looking forward to Messi’s return to Barcelona.

Deco said that Barcelona doesn’t know for sure when they will be able to hold this goodbye for Messi. This goodbye could happen in November 2024, when the first team comes back to Camp Nou for the club’s 125th anniversary. Another choice would be to have the farewell in 2026 when the stadium is truly going to be fixed up.

Messi khóc nức nở ở họp báo chia tay Barca, chưa chuẩn bị ra đi

Since Messi’s departure, Barcelona has talked a lot about his goodbye. Messi and Barcelona didn’t end their relationship on the best of terms, and many fans were upset that the club let one of their most famous players leave without giving him a proper send-off.

Since Messi moved to PSG, fans have been waiting for a chance to see him again. Last summer, there were reports that he might come back, but the Argentine chose to join Inter Miami and play for a team that didn’t have as much pressure as Barcelona.
