David and Victoria Beckham are commemorating a significant achievement in their marital union!

For a quarter of a century, the fashion designer, who is 50 years old, and the former football player, who is 49 years old, have been an exemplary couple, deeply in love and highly successful in their respective careers.

Victoria, a former member of the highly popular girl group Spice Girls, established a highly successful fashion line under her own name, which was recognised as the designer brand of the year at the prestigious 2011 British Fashion Awards. During his 20-year career, David has achieved numerous significant accolades, including 6 Premier League crowns and a Champions League trophy. Both individuals have been bestowed the honour of being awarded an Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of their significant achievements to their respective sectors.

The couple has four children together: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12, who are all their boys and daughter. In her Mother’s Day letter for TIME in 2015, Victoria described motherhood as “the most significant accomplishment” of her life.

 

 

Throughout the years, their marriage has endured challenging and transformative phases, such as managing media scrutiny in the early 2000s, relocating to Los Angeles for David’s time with the L.A. Galaxy, and embracing the addition of four children to their family.

“We remain together due to our love for one another and our four exceptional children,” David stated during a 2017 interview with BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs, where he disclosed that the pair had repeated their marital vows. “Do you experience challenging circumstances?” Certainly. That is a component of interpersonal connections. It is a component of marital unions. It is a natural consequence of having children. It is an inherent aspect of having obligations.
