A night after winning El Clasico with a stoppage-time goal, England star Bellingham was receiving the Breakthrough award at the Laureus World Sports Awards.

Furthermore, Bellingham acknowledged that by mid-July, he hopes to raise three more trophies.

“Winning all three would be success now,” he stated, referring to the Champions League, La Liga, and England’s participation in Euro 2024 with Real Madrid.

“We have two extremely tough games versus Munich after a few more games to finish off La Liga.

“And then, perhaps, we can carry over our performance from the last few tournaments into the Euros and improve upon it. We have to put in a lot of effort and sacrifice, but perhaps we can succeed.

Bellingham conceded that his most recent goal for Madrid had been the most satisfying of them.

“It was a really special feeling,” he remarked.

You kind of lose all sensation of control over your body and typical mental senses.

“You really just lose control of them, but I really enjoy doing it, so hopefully there will be more occasions like that in the future.”

“Jude is such a mature player,” he remarked. He already has the appearance of a seasoned player, having spent more than a few months with Real Madrid.

The reason the fans adore him is due to his character, playing style, willingness to go above and beyond, and interpersonal skills. That is truly unique.

Because of his most recent heroics in Spain, the 20-year-old is also the clear favorite to win the Ballon d’Or.

Bellingham now has a better chance than Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane to win the award later this year, as the odds have dropped.
