Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga is out traveling with his country’s squad. In their final two Euro 2024 matches against Gibraltar and Greece, he aspires to play for France. However, he might not be able to participate in those matches following a near-miss injury during Wednesday’s practice.
“Eduardo Camavinga has injured his knee during France training,” said CBS Sports Golazo reported on X. The injury tests have been “reassuring,” as per @lequipe.
According to Loic Tanzi, Camavinga injured his knee after colliding with former Barcelona player Ousmane Dembele. According to Canal+, he had to leave the session, and in order to determine the severity of the issue, medical testing will be conducted.
Madrid Xtra on X: “After leaving the field, Camavinga told Deschamps, ‘I’m ok,’ but it’s not clear how serious his injury is.
Aurelien Tchouameni injured his foot and will be out for several weeks, thus Real Madrid doesn’t really need Camavinga to be out for a while. They will be hoping that the issue isn’t too significant.
