Bukayo Saka’s journey: from humble schoolboy to one of the Best Players Arsenal who owns £2.3m Dream Home making all tycoons must bow off

English star Bukayo Saka of Arsenal is having a productive season in the Premier League. The London-born winger has contributed significantly to the success of his home club this season with an outstanding 14 goals and 11 assists in 38 games.

The 21-year-old forward, who came from relatively modest beginnings, did not, however, always have it easy.

Saka grew up in a modest home near Wembley with his parents and brothers, all of whom were from Nigeria.

The family lived in a modest two-story semi-detached house in the Ealing district of London’s Greenford.

When he was three years old, he started playing football on a nearby green with his father Yomi and older brother Abayomi every night.

Prior to Arsenal’s discovery of him when he was seven, he played for Greenford Celtic when he was younger.

As he progressed through the ranks, his mother Adenike and father made numerous sacrifices by working menial jobs to pay the bills and chauffeuring him to football practices in the nights and on weekends.

Up to the age of seven, Saka played for his hometown team Greenford Celtic. (Saka is shown here as a child at the Arsenal academy.)

His academic career began at Edward Betham of the Primary School, where his athletic prowess also emerged.

Bukayo Saka attended Greenford High School and received all As and A*s on the GCSe.

He attended Edward Betham CofE Primary School before transferring to Greenford High School, where he properly graduated in the summer of 2018 with four A*s and three As.

At the time, the football player’s professors referred to him as “the humble boy who achieved his dreams as well as a first-class education.”

‘Heavenly Father, you have given this new day to me. Help me to make it one that pleases you by doing my best in everything,’ the devout Christian prayed as he began his day. Amen.’

He was described as a “all-rounder” and a “really lovely, conscientious, hardworking boy” by Caroline Chamberlain, his head teacher, in The Times.

After graduating from high school, he moved up the ranks at Arsenal’s academy and made his debut for the main team in the 2019–2020 season.

He began to play for the Gunners more frequently the following season, making 32 appearances while tallying five goals and three assists.

He had a very successful domestic season with Arsenal after experiencing disappointment at Euro 2020, scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists throughout the season.

He said, “My whole family has been in England for what seems like forever.” when asked why he chose England over Nigeria to play for. I’ve always claimed to be English on all of my paperwork dating back to when I was a child; perhaps Nigerians will understand.

He was duly chosen to represent England at the Euros after winning the club’s season player of the award.

There was never any doubt, according to Saka, that he would choose England over the nation of his parents, Nigeria.

Euro 2020 was his first significant international competition, despite making his England debut the year before.

He made an impression on spectators and analysts with his man of the match performance against the Czech Republic in his opening encounter of the campaign.

After that incredible performance, manager Gareth Southgate started Saka over well-known players like Jadon Sancho, Jack Grealish, and Phil Foden.

He started some of the most important matches for the nation, including against Germany in the round of 16, Denmark in the semifinal, and Italy in the championship game.

In their last group match, England defeated Czech Republic 1-0 to advance to the knockout rounds.

Just before turning 18, Bukayo paid £2.3 million in November 2019 to purchase the sizable home in lush Hertfordshire.

At the age of 17, Arsenal offered Bukayo his first professional contract; it is believed that soon after, he brought his parents and siblings into his home.

The property already had a jacuzzi and walk-in closets, but he wanted to customize it, so contractors have been adding upgrades ever since.

Although the upgrade’s precise specifics have not been made public, it is clear that considerable renovations have been made. Even today, a crew of workers was putting in further work in the grounds to further modernize the enormous property.

My whole family has been in England for what feels like ages, he recently declared. All of my documentation from when I was a child onward said that I am English; perhaps, Nigerians will comprehend.

In the end, though, England lost the cup due to his missed penalty in the shootout against Italy, and the disgusting racist abuse he received later overshadowed a wonderful tournament for both he and England.

Nevertheless, the teenager recovered the next year and had an outstanding domestic campaign with Arsenal, scoring 11 goals and dishing out seven assists.

In his personal life, MailOnline revealed in June 2021 that he had moved with his proud parents out of the humble two-bed family house where he had grown up and into a £2.3 million luxury pad.

Just before turning 18, he won the £2.3 million property in green Hertfordshire in November 2019. It was then believed that he and his family had moved in.

The property already had a jacuzzi and walk-in closets, but he wanted to customize it, so contractors have been adding upgrades ever since.

The property’s back garden can be seen from the kitchen-diner through large sliding glass doors.

After making the first squad at Arsenal, he subtly upped by purchasing a six-bedroom modern villa with expansive grounds (shown – an artist’s conception of the building).

The gorgeous kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar, separate stoves, hanging lights, and a seating space.

Although the upgrade’s precise specifics have not been made public, it is clear that considerable renovations have been made.

Even today, a group of construction workers was working on the grounds to further modernize the enormous property.
