The English fullback has returned to his team after a long summer break that finished with the European Championship.

The Three Lions made it all the way to the final before losing to Spain, but Alexander-Arnold was not in the starting lineup.

His return to the AXA Training Centre on Sunday was one of six for Liverpool players who continued their pre-season training.

There is only one year left on his deal at Anfield, and he has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent months.

And Darwin Nunez couldn’t help but say something about it as he and Luis Diaz walked through the building.

Nunez asked his friend on the way to practise, “Is that Real Madrid?” It means “and Real Madrid?” in English. If you want to say goodbye, “ciao”

There was a camera there that got all three men laughing.

But talkSPORT says that the Reds “are confident he signed a new deal and extended his stay” at the club where he grew up.

Klopp, Liverpool’s new boss, about Alexander-Arnold’s contract.

He said, “I think my answer will be pretty dull.” That’s probably the same answer you’ve heard five, six, or seven times.

“That contract issue is not being talked about here, but I would say to keep trying.”

During the summer break, Alexander-Arnold spent some time with Jude Bellingham, a close friend and Madrid player.

Alexander-Arnold and Bellingham became close friends after Bellingham joined the England team two years ago. A lot of people were wondering if jobs would be cleared up and Alexander-Arnold could convince England’s star player to join Liverpool instead of Madrid.

The situation is now reversed: Alexander-Arnold’s path is uncertain while Bellingham’s is set.

It was earlier this week that they were seen partying together in Los Angeles. Since then, they’ve been seen again with their groups.

They ate at the famous Nobu Malibu, which would have been a great time for Bellingham to talk to his friend about moving in together.

Since Alexander-Arnold’s current contract ends in a year, a deal could be reached as early as January. Pre-contract decisions can be made a few months before the end of the contract.

Mbappe finished his contract at PSG in France before moving to Spain this summer, so if that happened, it wouldn’t be the first big-money free move that Madrid has gotten.

A great player from Liverpool’s youth system, Alexander-Arnold is one of their most important players.

He has played 310 times for the team, scored 19 goals, and set up 81 others in all categories.

In his time with the first team, Alexander-Arnold won the Super Cup, the FA Cup, the League Cup, the Club World Cup, and the Premier League.
