Carlo Ancelotti kept his word and recreated the famous picture of himself smoking a cigar and wearing sunglasses for Real Madrid’s 36th LaLiga title celebrations in the Spanish capital on Sunday morning.

The original picture was taken in 2022, after Real Madrid beat Liverpool 1-0 in Paris to win their record 14th Champions League title. They were celebrating their success in LaLiga and the Champions League.

Ancelotti recently told the press that he planned to enjoy winning the 2023–24 title with “a cigar and sunglasses.”

He has since kept his promise and re-created the famous picture with Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga, Vinicius Jr., Eder Militao, and David Alaba.

Don Carletto has been having a great time. Earlier today, he was filmed leading the players and fans in a special version of “Hala Madrid,” the club’s song.
