TENSIONS threatened to boil over as Bayern Munich and Manchester United players almost brawled at Old Trafford.

The incident began with Garnacho and Coman tussling for the ball

Bayern’s French star went flying into the pitchside advertisement hoardings

Many claimed that Garnacho was ‘naughty’ but no action was taken

However, players from both teams squared up after a “naughty incident” on 24 minutes.

Alejandro Garnacho ended up slamming Kingsley Coman of Bayern Bayern forcefully into the pitchside hoardings while he was trying to go past him.

Before the Manchester United player unintentionally threw his Bayern adversary into the side rails, the two got into a scuffle.

The French player’s colleagues rushed to confront him, but Garnacho got immediate backing from his own team.

Luckily, Coman was unharmed by the altercation because the referee intervened and allowed the game to continue without being stopped.

However, not everyone shared the official’s conviction that nothing nefarious had happened.

And it seems that some viewers tuning in also thought the same.
