DJ Khaled makes almost $3 million from the sale of his French castle-style villa.

There will be no more “blessing up” DJ Khaled made a $2.6 million profit when he sold his Los Angeles mansion for $12.5 million, compared to the $9.9 million he paid for it in late 2016, when English pop star Robbie Williams sold it.

Despite the security breaches committed by Jenner, Hilton, and former resident Charlie Sheen, the enclave is still considered to be among of the safest in Los Angeles.

DJ Khaled’s 2016 purchase photos show the wrought iron gates and double front doors of the property’s.77-acre estate.

The property is like a park in the middle of Tinseltown thanks to the well-kept landscaping. The public spaces are spacious and feature a glass dome over the double-height lobby and impressive staircase.

The foyer opens up to a formal drawing room with a fireplace and black brocade wallpaper, as well as a more casual living room with cream walls and French doors out to the garden.

In addition to the kitchen, there is a dining room with mirror walls and a family room with a flat-screen TV and two accordion-style glass doors leading out to the garden.
