When Endrick turns 18, this summer, he will move from Palmeiras to Real Madrid. He is 17 years old now. It is said that they paid €60m (£52m) to get him, beating out a lot of other teams.

In just 60 games for Palmeiras, the forward has already scored 17 goals and set up two more. He is still young. During the November break, he also got his first two caps for Brazil. He also talked about how Real legends like Ronaldo had an impact on him. Endrick said that the great Portuguese player pushed him to move to the Bernabeu.

“I look up to him a lot,” he told A Bola. “He broke all the records because he was such a great player who worked hard.”

“He is more than just an athlete. Everyone should look up to him because he is humble and always wants to be the best, win titles, and reach giant goals.”

“Any player who wants to get better should check him out.”

Real Madrid bought him from Manchester United for a then-world-record £80 million in 2009. He played for them for nine years.

The seventeen-year-old said this made him even more excited to join Carlo Ancelotti’s team next summer.

“I want to play for Real Madrid all my life,” he admitted. It’s always been the most important thing to me, and this trip to Madrid has helped me learn more about the place, the people I’ll be playing with, and the resources.

We’ll flip this switch and the other one will go off when we get back to Brazil. I was very happy. As the term goes on, I have more games with Palmeiras. My goal is to win all of them.
