In his game against Luton, Rasmus HOJLUND broke a Premier League record and kept up his amazing run of form.
The Danish striker scored both goals in the first seven minutes, giving Manchester United a 2-0 lead.
First, he took advantage of Amari’i Bell’s bad pass and easily finished past Thomas Kaminski in goal just 37 seconds into the game.
The goal made Hojlund, 21, the youngest player in Premier League history to score in six straight games. It broke an old record.
His run now goes back to Christmas Day, when he scored his first goal in England in an exciting 3-2 win over Aston Villa.
Hojlund has scored again since then, this time against Luton and also against Tottenham, Wolves, West Ham, and Villa for the second time.
United fans are happy that the player they paid £72 million for has settled in at the club.
One person said, “I’m so happy for him.” His star power was always clear to me.
Still, another person said, “Ten Hag has made an unbelievable signing.”
“All those haters have suddenly disappeared, haven’t they?” said a third.
The 21-year-old scored again just minutes after breaking the record when an Alejandro Garnacho shot hit him and went in.
The lead for Manchester United was then cut in half when Carlton Morris scored a goal to make it 2-1.
