Mo Salah of Liverpool is still a big-money target for a move to Saudi Arabia, and the team’s recruitment chiefs have compiled a list of possible successors.

Although David Ornstein recently stated that the Reds intended to retain the Egyptian international for a more season, Al Ittihad, a Saudi club, doesn’t appear to have taken notice.
According to a recent rumor, Salah is up for contract until 2025, thus Liverpool might be tempted to accept Al Ittihad’s £100 million offer (with add-ons).  It will be fewer than 50 days until Euro 2024. Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Jones suggested that Liverpool could be inclined to activate Kudus’s current contract’s release clause.

“Since nobody is really confirming anything, it’s very difficult to get a clear gauge on the terms of any release clause that is in the contract.”  My suspicion is that there is a trigger figure involved somewhere along the road because the story’s foundations look solid.

“It will be intriguing to learn the severity of it and when it starts. If Salah decides to leave after all, you could imagine that Liverpool might become interested in him if the price is right.

It will be interesting to watch how this narrative develops because losing Kudus just a year after signing him would be a huge setback for West Ham.  Kudus might be persuaded to stay at the London Stadium by a new coach, as the Hammers are scheduled to replace manager David Moyes with Julen Lopetegui at the end of the current campaign.

Salah is still a player for Liverpool as of right now, and a large deal would be required to persuade him to leave Anfield.
