Having spent his whole athletic career with Nike, Marcus Rashford has now received his signature edition boot—the Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Superfly IX—decorated with unique features.
Marcus Rashford has joined the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappe as the sole athlete to get a signature edition boot from the company. At the tender age of eleven, Rashford began his career as a Nike athlete.
Rashford made his sneaker debut in the Manchester derby wearing the Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Superfly IX, and now the sneaker’s formal launch has shown all of the unique intricacies that went into its creation.
The “Marcus Rashford” Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Superfly IX sneaker has a crisp white upper with neon accents scattered all around. A vibrant gradient of electric pink, orange, and yellow fills the traditional Swoosh, which is framed in black and continues on the shimmering soleplate.

The statement “When you believe in yourself, incredible things can happen,” which is dear to Rashford’s heart, is featured on a thin band that wraps around the heel and also contains that coloring. Lastly, Rashford’s distinctive “MR” insignia is affixed to the collar, completing the design.
Featuring a unique football, woven tracksuit bottoms, T-shirts, and simple outlines and layered emblems in orange, white, and black, the set is finished off with a tracksuit jacket.
