French Montana has claimed that Taylor Swift declined a multimillion dollar payment for a private performance in the United Arab Emirates.

Montana, 39, shared a now-deleted screenshot of texts indicating he was given $1 million to play alongside the millionaire popstar, 34, who was reportedly paid $9 million to take the stage in December.

With Swift’s name obscured, the censored pictures caused fans to speculate wildly about the popstar who had been promised $9 million. Montana even wrote, “Someone just sent me a show offer who y’all think the 9 million for lol?” in response to the fan speculation.

Montana previously stated, “They had a show offer for me and Taylor — her $9 million, me $1 million,” in an interview with VladTV. In the Emirates, somewhere.

Why Swift rejected the offer is unknown. Her representative has been approached by DailyMail.com for comment.
