The 27-year-old Van de Beek signed a £40 million contract with United in 2020, but he has not been up to par since.

The playmaker has struggled to make an impression at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he has been loaned out for the second half of the season after falling out of favor.

Although they will not use that clause, Eintracht has the option to purchase the Netherlands international this summer for £9.5 million.

Guido Albers, Van de Beek’s previous agent, stated that his client will be rejoining the Red Devils in June.

By stating that he is seeking a transfer to either La Liga, Serie A, or Ligue 1, Albers provided some insight into the attacking midfielder’s future.

Even though United has no plans for the Dutch star, his representative is confident that there will not be a deal with another Premier League team since United will not sell to their rivals.

The Manchester giants are not interested in doing another loan of this kind to Everton, where they previously loaned the versatile midfielder.

United has already blocked a Van van Beek transfer this summer due to manager Erik ten Hag’s final decision to keep him. This is not the first time this has happened.

Van van Beek’s decision to leave Ajax has also been made public.

Albers said to ESPN’s Goedemorgen Eredivisie, “I believe that is great because he has not seen me in a long time.

“I think that him picking it up again is a really wonderful moment in his career. “Back to basics,” we all agreed.

In recent years, he has somewhat lost that. He wants to please, and he is hungry. I reached a compromise for him with Frankfurt.

“Frankfurt will not exercise the option that remained until June 30. He is returning to Manchester United officially, and I am currently in talks with him about this.

“Due to United’s opposition, Donny is also unwilling to remain in the Premier League. He should not have made that decision.

“He must go back to a football team that plays excellent football. He is not going back to Ajax, however.

“I wanted to search in France, Italy, or Spain. It would be great to have him at a team where he can play as a No. 10, just like he did at Ajax, in Spain or Italy.

“In Spanish or Italian football, you can see that the Dutch have a certain level of success.

Last summer, he was on the verge of joining Real Sociedad. Because Erik ten Hag wanted to hold him until the very last minute, that had to be canceled at the last minute. He eventually arrived in Frankfurt.
