Latest Golden Boy rankings sees Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo make top  10 of esteemed award

Indeed, Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo are in the esteemed company, ranking third and seventh, respectively.

Mainoo’s participation is noteworthy considering that this is his first season in senior football. His first game of the 2023/2024 season was against Everton in November 2023, and his performances over the next six months propelled him into the top ten contenders.

Garnacho, on the other hand, seized his opportunities last season, making an impact on Erik ten Hag during his off-the-bench appearances before settling into a starting berth on the right side. The 19-year-old is now preferred over his £86 million rival, Antony, who is five years his senior.
