Melbourne’s iconic Flinders Street Station is set to be lit up from Thursday evening in honour of Taylor Swift arriving in the city to perform three sold out shows.
The global megastar, 34, landed in Melbourne on Thursday morning and images of the singer will be projected onto a side of the renowned train station across three nights.

The station’s iconic front clock entrance will be lit up in a striking shade of midnight blue in honour of Swift’s renowned Eras World Tour, reports the Herald Sun.
Visit Victoria chief executive Brendan McClements said the incredible light installation allowed fans to celebrate a landmark moment in Melbourne music history.
‘Taylor Swift is the latest music star to enjoy a career-defining Melbourne Moment. We look forward to her setting a new crowd record at the MCG and generating even more momentum for our city,’ he said.

The Pennsylvania-born singer touched down in Melbourne early Thursday morning at approximately 12.40am and was greeted by a legion of die-hard Swifties.
The Cruel Summer singer travelled in style on board a Bombardier Global 6000, a luxurious private jet that can carry up to 17 passengers.
Taylor was promptly escorted to her accommodation after her 12 hour flight where she will rest until she takes to the stage in front of 85,000 screaming fans at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday.
The performance will kick off the first of Taylor’s seven sold out shows in Australia.
The singer will have less than two days to get over her jet lag before she will storm the stage for her first Australian show since 2018.
Thousands of Swifties are prepared to pack the Melbourne Cricket Ground on February 16–18 and the Accor Stadium in Sydney on February 23–26 for her performances as part of her Australian Eras tour, which is already generating excitement.
According to travel operator Flight Centre, more than 600,000 tickets have been sold for her appearances, and some fans are even resorting to the desperate measure of chartering their own aircraft to attend her events.
