Gucci and adidas have continued their fruitful partnership with the release of a new collection that showcases Mohamed Salah and other football players.
One of the top football players in Africa, Mohamed Salah, is featured in an advertisement campaign for the new adidas and Gucci collections.
Alongside Trinity Rodman of the Washington Spirit and Rafael Leão of AC Milan, who are also sponsored by adidas shoes, Salah starred in the campaign.
Taking a closer look at the Gucci x adidas advertising campaign…
Gucci x adidas is represented by Salah and the group.
Along with the already mentioned Leo and Rodman, Mohamed Salah also wore Gucci x adidas clothing, this time for a new collection, along with female athletes like Alessia Russo of Manchester United and Maria Cebrian of Barcelona Femeni.
adidas claims that the collection, which builds on well-known historical shapes, is centered on collegiate style and was motivated by Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele’s investigation into the common creative elements between the two companies.
The lines between football and fashion are further blurred by adidas and Gucci’s second round of collaboration.
The vibrant collections from adidas Original feature tracksuits, quarter-zip long sleeve blouses, graphic tees, and some of the brand’s heaviest sneaker styles, such the Gazelles and the ZX8000s.
Salah, the Pharaohs’ lucky charm, looks perfectly at home in a traditional blue adidas x Gucci cardigan paired with red track pants and adidas Gazelles with the Gucci logo embroidered on them.
Not only does this collection include two iconic brands, but it also includes some of the most stylish male and female football players for adidas.
