Unsurprisingly, the location of his eagerly anticipated trophy collection was at his previous team, Tottenham Hotspur, where he notably went 14 years without winning a championship.

However, a distraught Kane turned down the chance to win a unique trophy, refusing to raise the Visit Malta Cup in honor of his former teammates.

Có phần không thể tránh khỏi, nơi anh mong đợi từ lâu để giành được danh hiệu là câu lạc bộ cũ Tottenham Hotspur.

On his return to North London, the center forward played off the bench today, helping the German team win 3-2.

Eric Dier, a former Tottenham Hotspur defender, also played in the second half and won a medal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Prior to the game, he and Kane received a unique memento from former star Ledley King.

Former captain Kane made his first visit back to his former team, where he scored 280 goals, but he didn’t have much of an impact—he only took one shot in a subdued performance.

Nevertheless, his Bayern team prevailed, overcoming a halftime deficit by taking advantage of a worrying Spurs set-piece vulnerability.

In this preseason match, the hosts had already taken the lead in the first minute when winger Dejan Kulusevski traded a one-two with Brennan Johnson before scoring.

On the fifteenth minute, Dayot Upamecano made it 1-1 by heading in a cross from Mathys Tel, punishing Spurs for a series of wasted opportunities.

After that, Vincent Kompany’s team quickly took the lead thanks to a Serge Gnabry finish, and club veteran Thomas Muller added further agony for Tottenham with a goal from a curled free kick into the box.

After turning in Lucas Bergvall’s ingenious ball, Kulusevski gave some late hope, but it was insufficient to prevent Kane from winning the delicious, yet strange, test of victory on a steamy August day.

The striker wrote on X, formerly Twitter, in reaction to the unforgettable day: “It’s amazing to be back at a place that will always be very special to me.”

I want to thank everyone for the wonderful greeting.
