‘Heroes respect heroes’ – Bellingham received an emotional message from Erling Haaland after a spectacular start with Real Madrid

Following his summer transfer to Real Madrid, Manchester City attacker Erling Haaland tweeted words of encouragement to Jude Bellingham, a former colleague at Borussia Dortmund.

While at Dortmund, where the two forged an incredible bond both on and off the field, Haaland and Bellingham were two of the most talked-about players in the transfer market.

Both drew high-profile transfers, with Bellingham moving to Real Madrid for a fee of €103 million this summer after Haaland, who is now on international duty with England, left for Manchester City in the summer of 2022.

Haaland admits to being a fan of Lionel Messi and sends a terrifying message to his competitors.

Bellingham of England has been as impressive for Los Blancos, scoring in each of his four games since his transition, while the Norwegian star started life in the Premier League impressively, scoring 36 goals in his debut season in the league.

Haaland is wishing his former coworker nothing but the best in the present, even though a competition between the two may develop in the Champions League.

When asked by L’Equipe if he kept an eye on goal scorers like Victor Osimhen, Vinicius Junior, and Kylian Mbappe, he chose to single out Bellingham for special commendation.

Because I watch so much football on television, of course I watch them, he remarked.

By the way, I’m incredibly thrilled for Jude Bellingham since I’ve seen what a great start he’s had at Real Madrid.

“I’ve always been a football enthusiast, and you could say that it consumes all of my time, both personally and professionally.

“I enjoy playing soccer with my little sister in the garden. However, there are so many games and practices that I also need to consider healing.

Haaland, meanwhile, spoke candidly about his decision to join Manchester City despite interest from every major European team.

“Pep Guardiola didn’t have to say much,” he acknowledged. “Man City’s game over a number of seasons spoke for itself. I wanted to take part in the Premier League’s adaptation of tiki-taka.

We’ve created history, so I made the best decision I could have.
