Liverpool overcame Arsenal 2-0 to advance to the FA Cup fourth round, and Ibrahima Konate was the star of the game both on and off the field.

 In Sunday’s FA Cup third-round match at the Emirates between the giants, Liverpool prevailed over Arsenal. The Reds prevailed in a hard-fought match in London thanks to two goals in the dying minutes, securing their spot in the fourth round. With both teams trading punches to choose a winner, the contest was headed for a rematch.

Jakub Kiwior’s own goal gave the score a lead in the 80th minute, and Luis Diaz’s incredible finish past Aaron Ramsdale in the 95th minute completed the victory. Arsenal eventually suffered the consequences of passing up numerous opportunities at the hands of a tenacious Liverpool team.

Later, after the 2-0 victory in North London, Konate was captured on camera giving away his shirt to a Liverpool supporter.
