Injuries and off-field problems really make it difficult for Man Utd. However, what hurts the Red Devils the most is Casemiro’s performance.
A mainstay last season, the Brazilian player is gradually becoming a shadow of himself. Facing Roberto De Zerbi’s team, the former Real Madrid player had a poor passing rate, only 79%, and lost the ball many times.
Casemiro’s passing ability has been unusually poor this season, only breaking the 85% mark once in a loss to Arsenal.
Even the domestic press condemned Casemiro after Brazil’s 1-0 victory over Peru. Casemiro typically wins most of his fights, but not this year.
