Jadon Sancho is back in training with the Chelsea first team after nearly three weeks out through illness – as the Man United loanee looks to regain his starting spot under Enzo Maresca!

On Monday, Jadon Sancho was seen back at Chelsea’s first-team practice.

The winger has been sick for three weeks and hasn’t played. Blues manager Enzo Maresca revealed this before their game against Man United.

There were rumors that Maresca and Sancho might not get along, just like Erik ten Hag did when he was manager of Manchester United.

All of that was put to rest, though, when Sancho was seen back in training with the first team on Monday afternoon.

When the cameraman asked the player to give his thumbs up, he was seen with a snood on.

It’s good news for Maresca because they have a game against Leicester on Saturday afternoon. Cole Palmer and Levi Colwill are also back in training.

As soon as Sancho got to Stamford Bridge, he quickly became a Blues player under manager Maresca.

As a second-half substitute against Bournemouth, the 25-year-old made his debut and quickly repaid his manager’s faith by setting up Christopher Nkunku’s late winner.

Since then, he has continued to do great things for Chelsea, adding more goals in easy wins over West Ham and Brighton in the Premier League.

Though, before he got sick, there were rumors that Sancho had lost his spot to Pedro Neto, who was also signed this summer.

Recently, it was said that United asked well-known football experts to stop praising Sancho while he was on loan at Borussia Dortmund.

When Ten Hag was manager of the Red Devils, he left the 24-year-old out of the team that lost 3-1 to Arsenal in September because of his “performance in training.” This caused the player and Ten Hag to have a disagreement.

In response, Sancho took to social media to say that his boss was using him as a “scapegoat.” Ten Hag then kicked the England international off of his team.

The winger has been sidelined with an illness since the start of the month

Sancho had to train, eat, and change clothes by himself, and he wouldn’t say sorry until the club agreed to let him make a brief move to Dortmund, where he used to play.

Sancho played great when he was back in his old team’s home stadium. He set up six goals and helped them make it to their first Champions League final in more than ten years. Many experts praised his performances and said he was back to his old self.

ESPN says United was worried about how his play was being seen because they were having trouble in the Premier League and asked commentators to be less complimentary.
