The winger claimed he has been made a scapegoat after the United boss revealed Sancho was dropped against Arsenal because of his poor training levels.

That caused a rift between player and coach, though it has been claimed Sancho’s team-mates are also unhappy with his conduct.

After being given a few days off, Sancho, 23, was scheduled to have showdown talks with Ten Hag on Monday to determine his future.

He was seen with Manchester United teammate Aaron Wan-Bissaka at NBA star John Wall’s birthday celebration over the weekend.

Sancho, who wore just black for the occasion, was decked up in jewelry, with a large necklace and a silver watch standing out.

In light of rumors that he would leave the club, it is unclear if Sancho has spoken to Ten Hag regarding his future there.

The England international has been linked to a return to Borussia Dortmund on loan, and Saudi Arabia is reportedly interested.

After being excluded from the first-team squad for a significant portion of the previous season, Sancho has struggled during his time at Old Trafford.

In an effort to get him back to his best, a coach close to Ten Hag put him on a unique customized training schedule.

However, he only scored six goals and three assists in the Premier League the previous season, and his subpar play has persisted into this one.
