Diogo Dalot and his fiancee, Claudia Lopes, have welcomed their first child into the world.

The proud parents of a baby girl posted a sweet photo of themselves holding their daughter up in the air with the comment “Welcome to the world Clara. 15.11.2023” on Instagram this evening.

Dalot, 24, was called up for Portugal duty over the international break but it was stated on Monday that he had departed camp for personal concerns, with it later being confirmed that it was due to his partner’s due date being approaching.

The Manchester United fullback will have the week off to bond with his newborn son or daughter and the rest of his family.
