England’s Jude Bellingham, James Maddison, and Trent Alexander-Arnold had a great time on the town following their 3-1 victory against Italy on Tuesday to earn a spot in the Euro 2024 tournament at Wembley.
Following a 3-1 victory against Italy at Wembley, England qualified for Euro 2024. Jude Bellingham, James Maddison, and Trent Alexander-Arnold threw a lavish celebration to mark their achievement.
After the win, the three of them—with Bellingham being the star of the show—were sighted at the Chiltern Firehouse. The 20-year-old set up Marcus Rashford’s goal in the second half and won the penalty that Harry Kane scored to tie the game after Gianluca Scamacca gave Italy the lead.
While Maddison and Alexander-Arnold had played in England’s 1-0 friendly victory over Australia on Friday, they were not deployed as substitutes. Bellingham, Maddison, and Alexander-Arnold also celebrated England’s victory in the five-star luxury hotel prior to their return to club football.
Bellingham was seen with a black leather jacket, Maddison had on a baseball cap backwards, and Alexander-Arnold had on a basic white t-shirt under a shirt with checks on it. After attending the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, actress Emily Atack also partied with the football players.
Bellingham is optimistic that England can do “something special” in Germany now that they have secured a ticket at the 2019 Euros. Last year, England came second in the Euros after losing to Italy on penalties.
“As well as the young players, there’s a great mix of experience who guide us throughout the game and throughout the camps and there is a belief that we could do something special,” Bellingham remarked following the game on Tuesday.
However, the key is to deliver. When the time comes, everything revolves around being there, present, and prepared to take on the task. To ensure our success, we combine all of those factors—our prior experience and the tools we have in the dressing room.

The manager of England, Gareth Southgate, went on: “We have to win big games like tonight. The biggest things are mentality, technical players, and physicality. The reality is we are one of the teams capable (of winning the Euros) – we are comfortable with that.”
“We gained command of the game and displayed true composure. This group still has more to offer. With the seedings, this was the hardest qualifying group. We’ve received criticism for not winning enough games against the best clubs. However, we’ve done incredibly well.
“So hungry, so eager to learn, so together. And you saw that in the performance tonight. We said before that mentality was the main thing. The performance was relentless tonight. What was really pleasing was that when we went behind we stayed calm and used the ball calmly from the back. In other big games we have lost the ball too easily.”
