The Moroccan player is currently required to exercise alone and is not on the Italian team’s registration list. Due to this predicament, Fiorentina must think of a potential solution before the summer transfer market in 2023 closes in a few days.
Fiorentina is reportedly willing to allow Amrabat depart on loan, but with two restrictions. This is according to recent claims from Corriere dello Sport. The 27-year-old must first consent to a one-year contract extension with the team, which will keep him on their payroll till 2025. A mandatory purchase provision will be annexed, second.
Thus, Man United can borrow Amrabat now, and will buy it permanently next summer, to better conform to the rules of the Financial Fair Play, and also no longer worry about restrictions in transfer budget.
