Man United defender Lisandro Martinez and partner Muri Lopez Benitez have announced they are expecting their first child together as the couple share an ultrasound image of their baby on social media😍😍

The centre back for Manchester United, Lisandro Martinez, told his partner, Muri Lopez Benitez, that they are going to have their first child together. 

Posting on Instagram, the couple shared pictures of their first baby scan

Martinez and Lopez Benitez shared a happy message on Instagram with a picture of them holding a scan of their baby.

Along with the picture, the Argentinian wrote a touching message about how happy he was. 

“We’re so glad you came into our lives!” You are the result of all the careful, aware, and patient steps we’ve taken together along the long road we’ve been on together. But most of all, you are the result of love, that love that now brings us even more love. 

The couple even signed-off their social post with a message from their pet dog

We’re glad you picked us! They love you with all their hearts… Dad and Mom

A note at the end of the message said that the couple’s dog was also excited about the birth of their first child.

“Of course, the little dog with the best heart in the world is also looking forward to seeing you!”

Reports say Martinez and Muri Lopez Benitez are childhood sweethearts

Joshua Zirkzee, Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hoejlund, Manual Ugarte, and Kobie Mainoo are all United teammates who left comments congratulating the pair on their pregnancy.

Alejandro Garnacho wrote “Congratulations bro” with a heart-eyes emoji, and Joshua Zirkzee and Kobie Mainoo said the same thing.

I added, “Let’s go!” to what Diogo Dalot said.

Reports from Holland say that Martinez and Benitez Lopez have been together since youth and grew up in Gualeguay, Argentina.

Man United bought the 26-year-old from Ajax in July 2022 for an estimated £47 million to £49 million, plus £8.5 million in add-ons.

As soon as Erik ten Hag took over as manager, he signed the defender, who had been with his old boss at the Dutch club.
