Red Bull, Coca-Cola, and Andrex are just some of the well-known brands that Bruno Fernandes has been seen shopping for.
Fernandes, a star player for Manchester United, was seen leaving Tesco with a shopping cart full of things. His wife, Ana Pinho, was seen carrying an ironing board and a clothes machine.
Fernandes has done well in his first few games for Manchester United since coming from Sporting Lisbon in January.
The Portuguese star didn’t seem afraid to get his hands dirty when he went shopping and bought a big bucket of Play-Doh.
A 24-pack of Andrex toilet paper was also seen in Fernandes’ cart, so it’s likely for his young daughter Matilde.
“Adding Bruno gives us a little something different.” As a Manchester United player, he should push the ball forward and take chances. His imagination and big-picture thinking are a few seconds ahead of a lot of other players.
“One of his strengths is that he knows what he wants to do.” He can quickly change his mind. It’s been important to stay calm.
When Bruno comes to our league and gets used to playing against and with bigger teams, I think he will get better.
“We want to work on that x-factor.” Our goal is to let him do as much as possible, but he has already amazed everyone.
