Due to Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, the Red Devils are not expecting to sign any permanent players this month. Instead, they are searching the loan market for good players to sign.
The club has been keeping an eye on Choupo-Moting for a few weeks and is now likely to make an offer to both the club and the player to show their seriousness.
