The Red Devils haven’t played since January 14, when they tied 2-2 with Tottenham. They are taking advantage of the new winter break system in the Premier League by taking a short break before their next game on February 4 against West Ham.

A few stars were seen having fun in the Middle East. Bruno Fernandes posted pictures of himself, his wife Ana Pinho, and their two kids having fun by the pool and taking in the sights.

The Man United playmaker was seen eating ice cream with his older daughter Matilde and son Goncalo in one picture. Later, Goncalo was seen copying Marcus Rashford’s famous dance before he fell into the pool.

The star player from Portugal also took a break on the beach in the country, where it’s 29 degrees Celsius this week.

Ten Hag, the manager of United, hopes that his players are well-rested when they come back from the break. He wants to fix their rough season and get them back up the table at a very important time when big changes are happening at the club.

New investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe has already got to work and hired former Man City CEO Omar Berrada to handle football operations. Ratcliffe’s team has made their first big choice, and people who know what’s going on have been impressed by how quickly they’ve moved.

People see Berrada as a businessman who knows football. He and City’s top management have been key to their recent successes.

Fans of United will be interested to see if the new board members affect the transfer window. The team lacks strong depth in several key areas.

After 21 games, the team is seventh in the table, 11 points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa and 15 points behind league leaders Liverpool.
