Fans were shocked when MARCUS RASHFORD posted a workout video that made him gasp for air.
The star player for Manchester United hasn’t scored yet this season, but he’s been working out hard in the gym and on the pitch during the summer and the midterm break.
The 26-year-old has been getting used to a new exercise plan to find his scoring touch and get back to his best.
The 17 million people who follow Rashford on Instagram saw a video of his new, tough workout.
In a post with the caption “Mix it up,” Rashford showed off his fighting skills instead of a football.
People saw the forward in the ring with white boxing gloves on and wearing club training clothes. He hit both punching pads and a punching bag.
It was then seen that Rashford jumped over a bar and stepped in and out of a hoop.
The United academy graduate added a video of his exercise to his story.
In the video, he is seen without a shirt on, tensing his abs while getting hit in the stomach. Later, a medicine ball is seen being bounced on his stomach.
In the next exercise, Rashford grabs the heels of a trainer and lifts his legs up. As he lowers them, he gets hit in the gut.
The video also shows Rashford doing arm curls, battle rope, and weight lifting. At the end of the workout, he can be seen sweating while his arms are on his knees.
One fan replied to the video clip, “Scary hours, but not for us.”
A third said: “He’s about to be a nightmare for all the opposing players.”
“You’re going to have another great season,” said a third.
Someone else said, “It’s almost time to show the world again.”
A fifth person said, “Marcus on the beat.”

His three big chances have put the Red Devils ahead of everyone else, but he hasn’t scored or set up a goal yet.
