Winner of the Ballon d’Or four times Since his son Thiago was born, Lionel Messi has said that his life has changed.
Antonella Roccuzzo, the shooter for Barcelona, had a baby in November, and Messi says he has changed how he acts since then.
“Thiago came into my life and changed it. He told France Football, “I’m not the same man anymore.”
BIG CHANGE: Lionel Messi says Thiago has changed the way he thinks.
“You just don’t think the same way after having a child.”
He went on, “I wake up in the middle of the night just to see Antonella feed him.”
“I feed him formula…” I act like any other dad who loves his kid.
Messi said the child was like any other: “he sleeps, he eats, and he’s very quiet, just like his dad!”
Messi asked Matéo. He is an absolute jerk.
Lionel Messi talks about his life outside of football and why his son Thiago doesn’t call him “daddy.”
Napoleon Messi, a player for Barcelona, has talked about his life outside of football now that he has signed a new contract with the club.
There had been a lot of talk about the 30-year-old player leaving Real Madrid for months before he finally signed a new four-year deal with the league leaders that includes a huge €700 million release clause.
That means Messi will stay with the club until 2021. He will have lived in Catalonia for 21 years at that point.
Messi now has deep roots in the area because he has two kids and another one is on the way. He has been talking about his life outside of football.
He talked about how his fame has changed his older son Thiago and why he doesn’t call him “dad” or “daddy” in an interview with Marca.
It sounds like Thiago is starting to get it, but not quite yet, Messi said. “He likes to watch games at the stadium, but he still doesn’t get it.” He sees me and calls me Leo Messi even at home because that’s what his friends tell him. He still doesn’t get it at all.”
Messi also said that he has one bad habit that is hard for him to give up.
It’s “the chocolate,” he says. “It’s the hardest for me.” I still sin with chocolate every once in a while.
The Argentine has scored 16 goals so far this season, making that chocolate not seem like much of a problem. He is Barcelona and La Liga’s all-time top scorer.
Messi’s new contract at the Nou Camp ends when he turns 34, and he says he doesn’t know what he’ll do with his life after football.
“I’m not sure what to do.” My family and I have talked a lot about what I will do with my time after I stop playing football, but I still don’t know what it is. I’ve always said that as a coach, I don’t see or feel myself.
“The same thing changes after a few years, but I don’t see myself today.” “I don’t know, I still have a few years left, then we’ll see.”
Taking on second-placed Valencia on Sunday night will be Messi’s main focus for the next few days.
