Manchester United’s partnership with adidas will persist for the 2024-25 season. The German sportswear manufacturer has reached an agreement to extend their contract with the Red Devils by £900 million ($1.15bn), which will render them the primary uniform supplier of the club until 2035.

In September 2023, it was reported that United reached a world-record agreement with Qualcomm Technologies for a £60 million annual contract. Snapdragon will replace TeamViewer as the new uniform sponsor.

On July 1, 2024, Manchester United’s new home uniform for the 2024-25 season was formally unveiled. The graphically embossed shades of red in a rayon-style fabric create a distinctive glowing effect.

 

The primary shirt sponsor, TeamViewer, has been replaced by Snapdragon. The design of the shirt is reminiscent of the iconic shirts worn by the Busby Babes. It is prominently displayed across the waist.

The new Adidas Manchester United 24-25 away football uniform, which was released on July 25, 2024, is a tribute to the club’s legendary kits from the 1990s. It is distinguished by a navy blue foundation, which is enhanced by vibrant red accents and light silver logos.

The design features a royal blue, textured element with repeated circular patterns, which pays homage to the 3D monograms that were a defining feature of Manchester United uniforms three decades ago.

The front of the item is adorned with a custom ‘M’ design, which is complemented by an all-over zig-zag motif. The collar is adorned with a triad of blue lines, which represent the three rivers that connect the city, including the route that connects Manchester to Old Trafford.

The away uniform, which will debut during the club’s pre-season tour of the United States, will be completed by blue shorts and socks. With regard to pricing, the 2024-25 away uniform will be priced at £80 ($103) for a standard adult shirt and £110 ($140) for the authentic strip.
