The first special-edition Nike Mercurial 24-25 soccer cleats, called ‘Mercurial Cosmic Speed’, have a truly spectacular look. They are mainly black with iridescent uppers that make the shoe look like it has been covered in an oil slick.

The outsole boasts an incredible metallic iridescent effect.

The color spectrum effect is achieved through a process called PVD Physical Vapor Deposition). Its a vacuum style method of applying thin metal colourways to fabric, and man is it effective.

Tech-wise, the Iridescent SE Nike Mercurial soccer cleats are identical to regular colorways. The Nike Mercurial 2024 football boots feature a lighter, thinner Flyknit upper, enhanced rebound energy, and optimized plate flexibility for a natural feel.
