The football star left Paris Saint-Germain for Al-Hilal, which is owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), in 2023. The move, which cost £78 million, was a bit of a surprise.

The Brazilian forward is said to be making crazy amounts of money in the Saudi Pro League. He signed a three-year deal worth about £26 million a year, making him one of the division’s biggest steals.

As one of the most recognizable football faces of the last ten years, he might have thought he would become popular in Saudi Arabia overnight. However, based on how people reacted to his most recent appearance, it looks like the opposite is happening.

Fans in The Venue, an 8,000-seat stadium built just for the event, booed him loudly as he walked out onto the court at the “6 Kings Slam” event.

People could be heard chanting “Ronaldo! Ronaldo!” It’s no surprise that Cristiano Ronaldo is a big hit in Saudi Arabia since he moved to Al-Nassr.

After that, the Brazilian was seen talking to Rafael Nadal. In Rafael’s round of the exhibition event, Carlos Alcaraz beat him in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3.

The Brazilian was not given the welcome that he might have been expecting at The Venue

Novak Djokovic, Holger Rune, Daniil Medvedev, Alcaraz, and Nadal are the players in the game. Each will win at least $1.5m (£1.15m), and the winner will get $6m (£4.6m), which is the biggest prize pool in tennis history.

Nadal was playing one of his last matches on a tennis court because he had already said he was leaving the sport.

In November, he will play his last match, which will be for Spain in the Davis Cup. This will be the end of an amazing career that made him one of the best tennis players of all time.

It was big news when Neymar decided to move to Saudi Arabia, but he has only played three Premier League games for his new team.

At that point, he seemed to be getting used to things quickly—three assists in as many games—but he got hurt quickly and had to stop making progress.

He lost 271 days of last season because he got hurt in his first few Al-Hilal games and had to have surgery to fix the problem, which took a long time to heal from.

Neymar could play again soon for Al-Hilal, though, as long as he keeps working hard to get better.

During the summer, there were rumors that he would make a wonderful return to Barcelona. However, his camp quickly shot those rumors down.
