The favorites to sign Michael Olise are Manchester United, above Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool.

22-year-old Crystal Palace’s uncapped winger reportedly has a release clause worth more than £50 million that goes into effect this summer.

Olise is reportedly considered a top transfer target by United’s new minority owner, INEOS, in what may be a significant summer roster overhaul.

Despite not being able to offer Champions League football for the upcoming season, ESPN believes the Red Devils are the front-runners for the France Under-21 star.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the right-back from the Eagles, could be offered by United in part-exchange.

Wide player Jadon Sancho, meanwhile, is expected to leave Old Trafford permanently this summer after having a falling out with manager Erik ten Hag and then excelling while on loan at his former team, Borussia Dortmund. 

Despite having less playing time this season due to hamstring issues, Olise’s reputation among Premier League heavyweights has not wavered.

The London-born player’s release clause is rumored to be between £50 and £60 million, which is a significant increase from the £35 million amount of his prior clause.

Olise is believed to have been close to signing for Chelsea last summer.

While Liverpool and even Manchester City have been connected to him during the current campaign, Arsenal has also been a consistent admirer.

Olise spent seven years with Chelsea, a childhood club, and the Gunners.

Olise has already established himself as something of a goal-scoring king, recording 20 assists and 11 goals in 79 Premier League outings.

It should come as no surprise that the Eagles would love to hold onto him for at least another season while edging out supposedly bigger clubs.
