Courtois “relaxes” on a luxury boat when he’s not at EURO 2024.

Coach Domenico Tedesco called goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois up to play for the Belgian team in EURO 2024. When he wasn’t on call, Courtois and his wife Mishel Gerzig went to a sunny beach to rest.

Courtois’s season with Real Madrid was full of ups and downs. The 32-year-old player hurt his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) right before the 2023–24 season began. He had to take a long break from playing because of this.

Even though Courtois had only been playing for a month, he made a big impact. He played very well against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League final, which helped Real Madrid win the elephant ear trophy for the 15th time in its history.

Courtois came back and played very well, but he wasn’t on the list of players for Belgium’s EURO 2024 team because coach Tedesco thought the former Chelsea star wasn’t ready for a big event.

Courtois and his beautiful wife, Gerzig, flew to Sardinia, Italy, for a holiday and to get closer. They left behind a lot of bad feelings.

Courtois, like a lot of other football stars, rented a fancy yacht for his holiday with his wife, friends, and family.

A photojournalist for The Sun caught many times when the goalie, who was born in 1992, and his wife were “sticky together.” There are many nice things that they do and say to each other.

From the look on his face, it’s clear that the former Chelsea star wasn’t upset that boss Tedesco turned him down for EURO 2024. Courtois lay in the sun without a shirt on and drank champagne with his friends.

The Sun also says that Courtois wasn’t called up to play for his home national team because he wasn’t healthy enough.

The newspaper thought there was a rift between Courtois and coach Tedesco because the 32-year-old goalkeeper had earlier said Tedesco was lying when he heard that Tedesco had told the press that he had tried to convince the Italian coach. I tried to come back but failed.

Another thing that makes Courtois and Tedesco angry is that Tedesco, who is 38 years old, chooses striker Romelu Lukaku to be captain when Kevin De Bruyne can’t play.
