Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, expressed his disapproval of Alejandro Garnacho and Antony after his team defeated Newport County 4–2.

Ten Hag stated, “We were very comfortable leading for the first 35 minutes.”

2-0 ahead when it ought to have been 3-0 or 4-0. They [Newport] did not create any opportunity, and then they scored out of thin air after a foul.
