Footballers, TV stars, musicians and industry leaders were out in glamorous style to celebrate the launch of Louis, the new Italian-American restaurant and late night music venue in Manchester’s Spinningfields on Thursday night.
Coleen Rooney led the style stakes in a lace and black ensemble as she enjoyed the revels with her mum and dad and close friends, including events guru Julie Perry. Meanwhile Man City stars Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias and newly-returned Ilkay Gundogan were letting off steam after training ahead of the Blues’ match against Brentford on Saturday.
Louis is the new venture from the team behind glitzy dining destinations Fenix and Tattu, and it plays ode to the classic New York restaurants in glamorous style with deep red velvet interiors, dining booths and with live performances on stage. And for the black tie launch bash, chart-topping star Ella Eyre stunned guests with a surprise performance of some of her biggest hits including Came Here For Love.
Elsewhere Liam Gallagher’s daughter Molly Moorish-Gallagher showed her support for the Manchester restaurant and music venue partying the night away with her dad’s favourite Manchester City footballers; the model’s first appearance after the internet-breaking announcement of Oasis’ 2025 tour.

Man United legend Gary Neville’s wife Emma also partied with Stacey Giggs, ex-wife of Ryan, arriving in their finery for a night filled with live music.
Manchester’s reality TV royalty were out in force as well, including newly single Love Island star and ex-girlfriend of Joey Essex, Grace Jackson, who danced with sparklers with Leah Taylor and Real Housewives of Cheshire sisters Taylor and Darby Ward.
The biggest names in Manchester fashion were also there, including Couture Club owner Ross Worswick, Nadine Merabi, and Hyrum Cook, CEO of Adanola, a favorite of Kim Kardashian. Alongside wife Danielle Fogarty, who wore a stylish cutout dress and is the daughter of I’m A Celebrity winner Carl Fogarty, Ross looked dapper in traditional black tie attire.
Guests at the party sipped classic American cocktails created by the Louis bar team including Manhattans, PB&J Old Fashioneds and Dirty Martinis and canapés like Beef Carpaccio and Caesar Salad served in lettuce cups as well as Mac & Cheese balls and Calamari Fritti, followed by New York Strip Steak and Louis Wagyu Beef Burger.
The venue operates a strict “no photo” policy once you are inside the velvet-clad doors – and stickers will be placed over your phone camera. Although photographers were invited in last night to capture the launch event.
