Saudi Arabia are said to be preparing a loan offer for Lionel Messi to ‘rekindle their long-standing feud’ with Cristiano Ronaldo

Reports say that Saudi Arabia is getting ready to make Lionel Messi a loan offer, which will start up his famous feud with Cristiano Ronaldo again.

Messi has been on fire since signing with David Beckham’s Inter Miami team in the summer. He scored 11 goals in his first 11 games and helped the MLS team win their first title.

In September, the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner bought a $10.8 million home in Florida, which was a sign that he was likely to stay with Inter Miami for a while.

But Saudi Arabia is still interested in getting the Argentine and is looking into the possibility of loaning him to the Middle East this winter.

So says Rudy Galetti, a reporter for Sky Sports. He says that “internal evaluations are still ongoing,” but “developments are expected soon.”

Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays football for Al Nassr, and Messi have been rivals for a long time. If Messi joined the Saudi Pro League, they would play against each other again.

Since the MLS season ends at the end of February, Messi will have almost five months off. In theory, a loan move would make the most sense.

The story also says that the Public Investment Fund thinks signing the World Cup winner is a very important move.

A team in the Saudi Pro League called Al Hilal tried to sign Messi with an unbelievable €400 million-a-year deal, but Messi had other plans.

People think that the 36-year-old will leave Inter Miami when his deal ends in 2025 and have no plans to stay longer.

He has said in the past that he wants to return to his old team, Newell’s Old Boys, and a meeting with Barcelona is also possible.

Tata Martino, the boss of Inter Miami, said he didn’t know what was next for the little magician. “Messi to Barcelona? You know it won’t be for a walk.

“The truth is that this makes me feel bad.” I have no idea. If they tell me he’s going to Barcelona for vacation, then yes, I think it’s likely. I really don’t know.
