Barcelona took a huge blow when wonderkid Gavi hobbled off with what looked like a serious knee injury.
In a Euro qualifier on Sunday, the 19-year-old played the first half for Spain against Georgia.
But boss Luis de la Fuente had to take him off in the first half.
The midfielder was seen making faces on the field as he walked off.
It was hard for him to keep going, but he had to leave in tears.
The Catalans will have to wait with bated breath until they hear how bad the injury is.
However, things don’t look good as The Royal Spanish Football Federation has confirmed that Gavi has badly hurt his knee.
RFEF said: “It’s a serious injury to his right knee, but we need to wait to see how bad it actually is.”
When Ferran Torres scored a goal for Barcelona and Spain, he celebrated by lifting Gavi’s number nine shirt high, which led fans to think the injury would be bad.
Someone tweeted: “Ferran celebrates a goal by holding up Gavi’s shirt….not a good sign at all”
Someone else wrote, “Spain vs. Georgia: Minutes 20–23: Gavi seems to hurt his knee and tries to get back on the field, but hurts it again. Is taken off.
“In minute 55, Ferran Torres scores and holds up Gavi’s shirt to celebrate.” I think the doctors might have told them something bad.

When Gavi first played for Barcelona in 2021, he made a huge splash.
Early on, people called him the “next Xavi” because of how well he could pass the ball and see the field.
Since then, the player has played 111 times for the La Liga leader.
After Frenkie de Jong and Pedri got hurt, Barcelona has put all their hopes on Gavi this season.
The second player just got back into the first team, and De Jong should be ready to go after the international break.
Robin Le Normand, Torres, and an own goal by Luka Lochoshvili scored the goals that helped Spain beat Georgia 3-1.
