On Saturday, Manchester United lost to Bournemouth 3-0 at Old Trafford, continuing their dismal run of form.
United was defeated for the eleventh time this season in all competitions by goals scored by Philip Billing, Marcos Senesi, and Dominic Solanke. Even though Dango Ouattara had a fourth goal disallowed for handball, the Cherries still managed to pull off their first ever victory at Old Trafford.
Supporters boo Erik ten Hag’s team off the pitch at both halftime and fulltime, despite the fact that he was named Premier League Manager of the Month for November. Next week, they travel to Liverpool and play a pivotal Champions League match against Bayern Munich.

The crucial Ten Hag
After a humiliating 3-0 loss at home to Bournemouth, United manager Ten Hag concedes his team isn’t talented enough to be consistent.
With the victory, Bournemouth became the sixth visiting side this season to score three goals at Old Trafford, and they also became the first team to ever win there. United have a goal differential of -3 after 11 games this season, including 7 losses in the Premier League.
During a troubled season, United will host Bayern Munich in their penultimate Champions League group stage match on Tuesday. The following day, they will face Liverpool at Anfield, a venue where they have lost 18-1 in their last eight games and have not won since January 2016.
“Indeed, I am pleased and irritated,” Ten Hag remarked. “I expected something different, I hoped before the game you can build on from the performance and result from Chelsea, so it’s very disappointing, the way we started the game.”
Case of Fernandes
United were thrashed 3-0 by Bournemouth on Saturday, and Bruno Fernandes was quick to criticise the team for being inconsistent.
Bournemouth scored an early goal on a beautifully placed shot by Dominic Solanke, giving them the lead in the fifth minute. United’s inconsistency continued as they lost another heavy defeat.
United struggled to create any significant chances and Rasmus Hojlund replaced Anthony Martial shortly after halftime, as Bournemouth were content to defend after scoring.
Bournemouth struck twice in as many minutes after the hour, and they were denied a fourth goal in injury time when VAR stepped in, despite United stepping up their game in the second half.
