Ten Hag was right, strong evidence against Sancho reappeared at Man United

In the midst of his public argument with Erik ten Hag, damning video of Jadon Sancho working out with Manchester United has leaked again.

On Sunday afternoon, the Red Devils fell to a shocking 3-1 loss against Arsenal, dropping them into the lower half of the Premier League standings.

Alejandro Garnacho, a substitute who entered the game with the score tied at 1, appeared to have won it for United in stoppage time, but the goal was disallowed due to the slightest of offside calls.

Declan Rice, a newcomer at Arsenal, then scored at the back post to give the Gunners their first goal and send the Emirates into raptures. Gabriel Jesus then put the game away with a proficient finish.

But it was Erik ten Hag’s comments about Jadon Sancho after the game that made the headlines, with the United winger biting back at his manager’s comments with a social media post online.

Ten Hag revealed that Sancho had been left out of the match-day squad due to issues in training, and footage has since resurfaced of the Englishman doing some rather unconvincing push-ups at Carrington. You can watch the video below.

The 23-year-old can be seen in the background performing a slightly more relaxed version of Bruno Fernandes’ push-ups, somewhat proving his manager’s comments right.

However, Sancho has branded Ten Hag’s criticism “untrue”, stating that he has ‘conducted himself very well in training’.

“Please don’t believe everything you read,” Sancho said in a post on social media. “I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week,” he said.

“I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t go into, I’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair!

“All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team. I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and grateful to do so which I know every week is a challenge.

“I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what!”

With what has been shown, it is clear that Ten Hag has a reason for Sancho not to be on the playing list.
