After their victory against Alavés on Tuesday, Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid squad returned to training today at the Civitas Metropolitano in preparation for Sunday’s LaLiga rivalry against Atlético (kickoff at 9:00 pm CEST).
Beginning with a workout in the gym, the session got underway. The next step was for the players to head outside to the fields, where they could practice pressing, control, playing the ball out, and possession. The season came to a close with a string of games played on smaller fields. Brahim, Alaba, Ceballos, and Mbappé all persisted with their rehabilitation programs, and Camavinga finished the group session in part.
