WARMING STORY: Federico Valverde describes the surreal moment of joining Los Blancos amid his participation in the South American U17 Championship

Fede Valverde wrote an interesting piece for The Players’ Tribune about the day that changed his life forever. The talented football player, who is now an important part of Real Madrid’s center, talked about how strange it felt when he joined Los Blancos.

At the start of the story, the player talked about the South American Under-17 Championship.

At the South American Under-17 Championship in Paraguay, Valverde said, “I got the call that changed my whole life.”

As he was reading in his hotel room, his mother called. This was the start of a trip straight out of a fairy tale. “Hey, hurry up and come to our room. Some people here want to talk to you. Fede, come on. “These mҽ𝚗 work for Real Madrid,” Valverde’s mom said.

The young football player was shocked and ran to his parents’ room, thinking it was a joke. When he got there, though, he was met by two strangers who spoke Castilian Spanish instead of South American Spanish, which made things even worse.

“They’re not from this area.” “Is this true?” Valverde asked, still trying to understand how big the situation was.

Real Madrid officials told him right away that they were interested, saying, “We think you can become a star for us.” You and your parents should move to Madrid.

It goes without saying that Valverde was shocked. “There are 500,000 football players in the world, and Madrid wants to sign me? He asked, “What?” at that very moment.

“Shut up, Fede,” his mother told him with tears in her eyes. We’re not going to mess with you.

Valverde told his father right away about this news. At first, his father thought it was cɾаzy. “Is Madrid here?” Where are you in the room? Do you know why you’re down here? “You fool, get back up there!” his dad told him.

Valverde said, “That was the first perfect day of my life.” “If I think about my life, I’ve had three great days.” The first was when Real Madrid asked me to join them. The second was when my son Benicio was born, and the third was when my son Bautista was born.

Valverde on Signing with RM Castilla

Federico Valverde began his time at Real Madrid by playing for RM Castilla. The player talked about how nervous he was when he walked into the locker room for the first time.

The first time I trained with Real Madrid Castilla, I felt like I was walking on clouds when I got to the locker room. I was so sure of myself. Come on. “I don’t even remember what we did in training,” he said.

“It was a mess. “But I do remember that afterward, as everyone was getting dressed, I looked around and took it all in. That’s when I started to notice what everyone was wearing,” he said.

The Valverde on Baena

When Federico Valverde talked about his early years at Real Madrid, he also brought up the Alex Baena аccιԀе𝚗t.

Federico Valverde, a defender for Real Madrid, and Alex Baena, a winger for Villarreal, are said to have Һιt each other earlier this year. It was said that Valverde Һιt Baena with a ρu𝚗cҺ in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium parking lot after the game.

“Everyone knows what the news is about.” They understand both sides of the “story.” I don’t want to talk about these bad things again. “This is all I have to say,” Valverde said.

“I don’t care what you call me on the football field. For God’s sake, I’m from Uruguay. But you should not cross certain lines. “Not as a football player, but as a person,” Valverde said, referring to the rules that were reportedly broken during the fιɡҺt.

“It’s no longer football when you talk about my family.” “That day, a line was crossed,” the player added.

“Should I have done something?” Perhaps not. I might have done better to stay home with my son, eat chicken nuggets, and watch cartoons. “But I’m a person, and you have to stand up for yourself and your family sometimes,” he said.

It goes without saying that the event caused a lot of controversy in Spanish football. As it turned out, Valverde had the last word on the subject because he gave some important information about what happened.

On trial with Arsenal

It’s no sеcɾеt that Valverde could have played for Arsenal before he joined Real Madrid. The 16-year-old player even tried out for the north London club, but the move did not go through.

Real Madrid midfielder Valverde: This former Arsenal star helped me when I trialled in London

The Uruguayan player talked about it and said, “It’s not a problem with Arsenal, but I never wantҽd to go to England.” The business side of football took over at that point. Some people told me, “Who wouldn’t want to play for Arsenal?” You’d like to stay in Uruguay? “That is cɾаzy!”

“They put me on trial in London for a week, and I didn’t feel at ease there.” It sounds great if you only think about things you can touch. We’re not robots, though. It turned out that my family couldn’t join me in London. At age 16, I’d have to live by myself and not learn the language.
